Please note that by accessing, browsing or making a reservation through our website www.riverineadventures.com you acknowledge and ensure to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions mentioned below. These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time and apply to all of our services.
PROVIDING CORRECT IMFORMATION
Please make sure that the contact details you have provided upon booking your adventures are correct. In the event of change, postponement or delay due to inclement weather or any reasons will communicate or keep you informed with the provided contact information. Please note that it’s your responsibility to carefully check all the details upon booking your adventures, in the event of discrepancy, such as booking mistakes where the wrong date or incorrect number of participants was booked please contact us immediately as it may not be possible to make amendments to your reservation when it gets closer to your departure date. Riverine Adventures is not responsible for mistakes mad by participants in the booking process.
HEALTH AND FITNESS REQUIREMENTS
The adventure activities we offer involve some inherent risk & physical exertion. A good physical & mental health is necessary in order to participate in any offered activity. The participants must confirm prior to departure that he/she is not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, psychiatric drugs or any similar substances. People, suffering from any physical or mental weaknesses, recent surgery, heart condition, pregnancy, acrophobia or aquaphobia, injury or disability are strongly advised against participating. All offered activities generally take place in the outdoors/remote areas where there is little or no access to normal medical services or hospital facilities for serious problems. Medical & emergency evacuation services for the remote areas are difficult in India but where necessary, can be prolonged. Participant would be responsible for the expenses of their medical & emergency evacuation services.
TRAVEL/MEDICAL/EVACUATION INSURANCE
Having health & travel insurances is always a good idea when traveling around the world. We highly recommended all the participants to purchase internationally accepted health & travel insurance in their home country for purposes of covering medical & emergency evacuation, cancellations and last-minute travel changes. These kind of insurances are not expensive and frequently cover other risks. Riverine Adventures is not responsible for expenses or other related costs due to factors outside of its control, such as flight delays, changes or cancellations, injuries, weather, war, natural disasters or any other unforeseeable matters.
DELAY/POSTPONE OR CANCEL OF BOOKING
All activities/courses/tours offered on our website are dependent on weather and general conditions. For reasons beyond our control (adverse weather, river levels or other related conditions), we may alter your itinerary/timetables or suggest you a more-suitable tour with a similar difficulty rating and also reserve the rights to cancel your trip anytime due to unsafe conditions. Please keep in mind that our guides are specially trained to deal with changing conditions and their number one priority is to make decisions with your safety in mind. Please obey your guides and follow their instructions correctly.
BOOKING YOUR ADVENTURE
Booking can be made via our website, email or telephone. The adventures we offered on our website are provided with the details which helps enthusiasts to clearly understand and choose the right adventure for themselves, their friends and family. To confirm your adventure, follow the CONFIRM NOW tab at the bottom of the selective activity/page OR inquiry through CONTACT US page. Will communicate you after receiving a booking request. A WAIVER FORM (Release of Liability) along with BOOKING FORM will be sent to you on provided email address.
To participate in any activity all enthusiast has to read WAIVER FORM (Release of Liability) carefully and agreed to its terms & conditions.
A Confirmation Letter with detailed information about the adventure you confirmed, meeting location & time would be sent to you in the provided email address once we received its confirmations fees in Riverine Adventures account.
PRICES FOR OFFERED ACTIVITIES/TOUR PACKAGES/COURSES
Please note that all prices provided on our website for operated tours its private and group services are quoted single/per person and in local currency- Indian Rupees (INR) including confirmation charges.
The effective prices for the offered activity/tour/package/course may increase or decrease anytime from the current prices. Riverine Adventures reserve the right to amend its prices anytime with or without a sort notice before and including the departure date. Amendments may be necessitated for many reasons, Riverine Adventures can not be responsible for any additional fees outside its control that may be applied such as increased fuel costs/settle services, currency fluctuations, bank transfer fees, credit card fees and etc. Any increase in prices must be paid prior to departure.
